Dr Sharokh and his staff members at SJEA are working an initial class eye care service. From the moment you go walking in, the workers treats you with friendliness, smiles, professionalism, and desire to serve. The physician himself takes his time and energy to grasp my issues and worries and listens very well. Never in a rush to go start to see the next patient. He makes you feel safe and discusses all probable treatment options with relative ease. More importantly, there has never been any considerable delays in the start of my appointments.

This will be the final time I take my children to the alice friends and family eye center. Sadly I did not get to go through the service here because when I had a need to reschedule a new patient appointment I was advised I would have to pay 25 dollars. Once the office called me last week to reschedule after scheduling an appointment during spring break I didn’t have trouble with it.
