Do Costas have a lifetime warranty?

I love the fit and look BUT THE WARRANTY IS TERRIBLE . You will need to jump three hours of third party hoops and warranty questions and now has gotten worse. My 1st pair I lost following a few months so shame on me. I have 2 pairs now with frame defects , the nose rubber fell off the frame and they are unusable. Costa will repair or replace , at our option, any product determined by Costa to possess a manufacturer’s defect. You are responsible for cost of shipment to Costa.
