Owner throws tantrums and treats most employees like garbage. Used to be a team-oriented place that valued employees, but changes in general management and have destroyed the atmosphere. There is favoritism for a few and short-changing for some employees now.
They are desperate to hire anyone they can instead of hire quality people. Shortly after everything changes if you are not a favorite. Management is horrible especially the “office manager” she’s no soul.
