Dr. Hersh attended the University of Michigan and the Illinois College of Optometry, graduating with a B.S. As a young optometrist, she traveled to a remote area of Mexico, where she performed eye exams on individuals in this under-served area.
She is an asset to the community, being able to speak fluent Ukrainian, Polish and Spanish, and serving people in a volunteer capacity. Dr. Pundy travelled to Ecuador to volunteer as an optometrist.
