Ryan then continued to get his second master’s degree in the field of industrial organizational psychology. Using this degree Ryan has done organizational consulting in the fields of team performance, leadership, employee development, and program evaluation. However, he started to believe that his career path did not offer enough purpose and fulfillment for him.
