It had been obvious gossip and drama was a big thing, to the stage where I left crying some days due to negativity. I was never fully trained and was told multiple times I’m not allowed to do what every other worker was able to do. You get in trouble for being 5 minutes late, yet the manager who implements these rules finds it ok to snow up whenever. I could do not delay – on, but with that said, usually do not work here.

Then realized there is extreme favoritism from management and the doctors. One day they liked you, the next they didn’t. Upon being hired, benefits, free eye exams, contacts and glasses were garunteed after 3 months of employment. When i asked about the benefits and how exactly to sign up after the 90 days, I was told I couldn’t due to COVID, and that we were closed for just two 2 months. Those 2 months, I was still employed with them. They brushed it off rather than spoke about it again. The manager is quite unprofessional and rude.
