NRVCS may be the public provider of behavioral health services for residents of the brand new River Valley, like the counties of Floyd, Giles, Montgomery, and Pulaski, and also the City of Radford. Our mission would be to enhance lives by giving community-based treatment and supports that promote independence, self reliance, and recovery. Healthy Floyd offers diverse opportunities for all Floyd Countians to live a positive, healthy lifestyle.
